Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule interviews for non-executive candidates
Arrange travel logistics for candidates visiting for interviews
Manage background check processes for internal and external hires
Collaborate with various HR departments on ad-hoc projects and analyses
Foster relationships with third-party vendors as needed
Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Comfortable interacting with individuals across all organizational levels
